In-Store Purchases
- Once an item has been purchased in-store and leaves our premises, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to the nature of beauty and personal care products.

Online Orders
- All sales are final once delivered.
- However, if an error occurs from our end (e.g., wrong item shipped, missing item, or damaged item upon delivery), we take full responsibility and will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Customers must notify us within 6 hours of receiving their order if such an error occurs.
Exceptions
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
